About the Event

If there was ever a good time to learn the power of self-love, it is definitely now! Stepping into this space will empower you with ways to incorporate more self-care into your daily routine. It will show you how to recognize different areas of self-love and how best to explore them intentionally. You CAN increase your vibrational frequency to achieve the love and happiness you have always dreamed of and I am here to show you how! This workshop was designed to help you master the most important relationship you'll have which is with yourself so that you can attract the relationships you deserve.  For 45 minutes I will work with a group of no more than ten participants to really reach everyone and guide them through the work that you'll commit to doing for your self.

  1. Opening & Introduction
  2. I will provide tools for building self love
  3. We will complete an activity to release heart walls and emotional blockage
  4. Q&A


Q: How do we access the workshop?

A: Once you register, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with the zoom link where we will be meeting. You will also recieve a reminder email 24 hours before the workshop begins with the zoom link as well.

Q: Will there be a replay if I miss the workshop?

A: I will only provide replays to those who actually show up for the workshop. If you are not able to attend you can register for the next session.

Q: What if I am no longer to attend? Am I automatically registered for the next session?

A: If you are not able to attend, please let me know via email ( within 24 hours and I will have you registered for the next session. There is no automatic re-registration

Q: Do I need to be prepared with anything?

A: Be prepared with an open mind and a quiet space free of distractions.
